These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 222ba platform. By registering an account or using any 222ba service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 222ba ("222ba", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 222ba website at 222ba.club and all related services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and account management features.

2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of 222ba services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your mobile number, a password, and any additional verification details requested during or after the registration process. 222ba reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one 222ba account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details, device, payment method or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If 222ba identifies that a player holds more than one account, 222ba reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending full investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222ba account login credentials. 222ba will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account. You must notify 222ba immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing your 222ba account login credentials with any third party.

- Transferring your 222ba account or any funds held in your 222ba account to another person.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
222ba processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through a 222ba account:
Deposit Rules
Deposits to a 222ba account are accepted only via the approved payment methods displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard. Accepted methods currently include:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay (Bangladesh mobile financial services).
- Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards where accepted.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by 222ba, however payment providers may apply their own limits.
- Deposits made via third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed by 222ba as promptly as reasonably possible, typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to identity verification and account review requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 222ba does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- 222ba does not charge any fee on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees outside 222ba's control.
- 222ba reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
222ba offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:
- All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
- 222ba reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the wagering requirement for any bonus. Certain games including live table games may contribute at a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.
- 222ba reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player accepting it, and to amend bonus terms and conditions without prior notice.
- 222ba reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold related withdrawals if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including through collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of system errors.
Players who wish to withdraw their deposit before completing the applicable wagering requirements may do so, but any bonus funds and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal request.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The 222ba platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and in some cases referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the 222ba platform in a non-human manner.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the 222ba platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a software error will be voided.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the 222ba platform for money laundering purposes.
- Opening duplicate accounts or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit authorisation.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the 222ba software, platform or security systems.
222ba employs advanced fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring tools. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds in such accounts may be frozen indefinitely until the investigation is concluded.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed through the 222ba platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms. 222ba reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the relevant event has concluded, or placed as a result of a technical malfunction.
Cricket and Sports Betting
All sports bets are final once confirmed by the 222ba system. In-play bets are accepted at 222ba's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned. Bets on postponed events will stand if the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; otherwise the bet will be voided.
Casino and Game Rules
All casino game outcomes at 222ba are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 222ba does not manipulate game outcomes. Results displayed on screen are final. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 222ba's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without notice.
- 222ba is not responsible for any bets that fail to register due to network connectivity issues on the player's side.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records held by 222ba's server shall be the definitive and binding record. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as evidence in dispute resolution.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
222ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy published by 222ba.
- 222ba has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering purposes.
- The player has provided false, misleading or incomplete information during the registration or verification process.
- The player has requested self-exclusion under 222ba's Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements exist. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 222ba platform — including but not limited to the 222ba brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 222ba or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the 222ba platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, licensed, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 222ba.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222ba platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to use the 222ba platform for any commercial purpose, to create derivative works, or to reverse engineer any part of the 222ba software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222ba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 222ba platform or any services offered through it. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or any interruption to the availability of the platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 222ba's reasonable control.
222ba makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the 222ba platform entirely at their own risk. The 222ba platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
